Chef Tim Love is seeking  experienced and hospitality driven General Managers to lead the daily operations of our businesses (upscale, fine dining, or upscale casual). This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional service, refined cuisine, and team development, who can uphold the highest standards of quality and guest experience. 


--Minimum of 3+ years general management experience in a restaurant and/or hospitality environment


--Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performance teams


--Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities


--Financial acument with experience managing budgets, labor, and food/beverage costs


--Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high expectation environment while maintaining composure and professionalism


Duties


  • Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and staff management.
  • Oversee inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste through effective food management practices.
  • Manage Toast POS systems for smooth transaction processing and sales tracking.
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff to uphold service quality standards and foster a positive team environment.
  • Handle cash management duties accurately, including cash handling procedures and shift reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and sanitation protocols across the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to oversee food production, quality control, and timely delivery of orders in casual dining or quick service settings.
Requirements


  • Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment 
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Experience with Toast POS systems and Restaurant 365 is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, conduct interviews, and lead training & development initiatives.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food handling procedures within the food industry.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
