Position Summary

AirCo is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our HVAC, Plumbing, and Residential Electrical divisions. This role is responsible for driving profitability and operational excellence. Reporting directly to ownership, this leader will be responsible for developing strong department managers, improving profitability, and driving execution across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish accountability and performance expectations across all departments.
• Oversee Plumbing Service, Install, Dispatch, CSR, Warehouse, Marketing, and RNC leadership teams.
• Drive profitability, billable efficiency, staffing, retention, and operational KPIs.
• Partner with ownership on growth and scaling initiatives.
• Develop leaders and build a culture of ownership, communication, and execution.
• Lead EOS implementation and operating disciplines.
