Requirements include a high school diploma (additional education preferred), at least two years of management experience (QSR preferred), and knowledge of labor laws, health standards, and basic business skills. Must work a minimum of 5 days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
