Job Description
We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead one of our high-volume McDonald's locations. As a GM, you own the day-to-day operation of the restaurant — driving sales, developing your team, and delivering a great customer experience. You'll be responsible for building a culture where people want to work and customers want to return. We are a small franchise, and you will be working directly with the owner/operator to insure you are getting properly trained. This offer also includes a $10,000 year end bonus if you achieve the cash flow goal for the store, in addition to the salary offered.
Job Responsibilities
· Lead all restaurant operations across every shift, ensuring food safety, quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met
· Hire, train, coach, and develop a team of shift managers and crew, building a strong bench for future growth
· Own the restaurant's financial performance — manage food and labor costs, drive sales growth, and hit profit targets
· Build and manage schedules to balance labor budgets with guest demand
· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations
· Analyze daily and weekly performance metrics and take action to continuously improve
· Most important!!! When all else fails you continue to find solutions to make it happen!!!

Qualifications
· 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
· Ability to be coachable, taking feedback well and changing how you to your job based on the feedback given
· Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain a team of 30+ employees
· Understanding of P&L, food and labor cost control, and scheduling
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights, weekends, and holidays (No Christmas)
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
· High school diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe certification a plus
