Key Responsibilities for the General Manager
- Direct all FOH and BOH operations for this casual restaurant in King of Prussia, PA, ensuring outstanding food, service, and cleanliness standards
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a team of 40+ hourly and salaried staff; build bench strength
- Manage P&L, inventory, labor, and COGS to meet or exceed budget; implement strategies to grow sales
- Champion a hospitality-first culture that drives repeat business and positive reviews
- Ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, liquor, and employment regulations
- Partner with ownership on marketing, community events, and local partnerships in the King of Prussia, PA market
- Step in wherever needed – this is a working General Manager role, not a desk job
.What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years as a General Manager or multi-unit manager in full-service, high-volume casual dining
- Strong financial acumen: You can read a P&L, write schedules to sales, and take action on variances
- Proven ability to reduce turnover, develop leaders, and build a positive team culture
- ServSafe Manager, RAMP, and TIPS certified or ability to obtain
- Tech-savvy with POS, inventory, and scheduling systems
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the business demands
- Passion for the King of Prussia, PA dining scene and active local presence preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 – $95,000 base salary based on experience
- Quarterly performance bonus tied to sales, labor, and guest metrics
