Huron Automotive is looking for a results-driven General Manager to lead our Green Bay operation and play a key role in shaping the future of our growing automotive service business.

This is more than a shop management position. We're looking for a business leader!

THE OPPORTUNITY

As General Manager, you will have ownership over the day-to-day performance and long-term success of Huron Automotive. You'll be expected to lead from the front, understand what is happening throughout the shop, and turn opportunities into measurable results.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5–7+ years of experience in automotive service operations.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading and developing automotive service teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgets, profitability, and financial performance.
• Experience overseeing multi-location or multi-department operations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with automotive management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
