General Manager

We are on the hunt for an energetic, talented General Manager to scale one of the most beloved protein brands in beverage manufacturing!

This is your chance to take an insurgent brand and bring it to life on shelves across the country; building the strategy, leading commercial execution, and shaping the future of this new product line from the ground up.

We are looking for a strategic, roll-up-your-sleeves executive with proven experience in P&L ownership, CPG innovation, brand development, and a proven track record scaling fast-growth organizations.

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in CPG marketing, beverage experience a plus
• Skilled at developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple sales channels
• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Ability to relocate or commute weekly
