The Skinny Pancake is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Hadley, MA location. This is a high‑visibility leadership role with the support of a seasoned Operations and HR team — and the autonomy to shape your own culture, systems, and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, quality, and efficiency
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing team
• Build and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Manage financial performance, inventory, ordering, and scheduling
• Ensure smooth service during peak hours
• Strengthen relationships with local partners and the broader Hadley community
• Uphold our mission of local sourcing and sustainable practices

What You Bring

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level)
• A leadership style rooted in empathy, accountability, and communication
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• A passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• A desire to be part of a mission‑driven, community‑minded company

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000
