General Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations and performance of our Harleysville, PA and Manville, NJ locations. This is a key leadership role responsible for team development, customer experience, financial performance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who is comfortable managing managers, understanding financial results, solving problems, and driving accountability in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across both locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational managers and teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction and a consistent 5-star customer experience.
• Monitor P&L performance, revenue, expenses, and operating results.
• Establish and track operational goals and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery.
• Partner with HR, Sales, Accounting, Safety, Marketing, Dispatch, Customer Care, and Warehouse teams.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong talent.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, employee ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives and business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers and operational teams.
• Experience with P&L management and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, trades, or field service preferred.
• Multi-location leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
