Essential Job Functions: 

  • Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a customer-keeping vision that inspires the hotel team members to do their best
  • Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with the hotel's revenue-driven culture
  • Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image
  • Make judgments and implement changes to maximize profits; supervise the develop of and revision to budgets and forecasts
  • Meet with potential current clients and promote the hotel 
  • Travel to attend corporate meetings, sales trips, and serve committees such as the Safety Committee

Compensation: $130,000-$160,000/annual

Qualifications: 

Education: 

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related degree, supplemented by three to five years' experience in the hospitality industry, including two years of directorial experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. 

Experience: 

  • Minimum of five years of Director of Operations or equivalent experience required
  • Exempt Full-Time position with the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
