HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that combines heat, exercise, and recovery into one powerful workout experience. Members complete virtually instructed workouts inside infrared saunas including:

• Yoga
• Pilates
• Barre
• Core
• Cycling

What You’ll Do

As General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and overall success of the studio including:

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and motivate staff
• Lead weekly team meetings and coaching sessions
• Develop a high-performance, high-accountability culture
• Track employee sales performance and growth
• Create staff schedules and operational systems

Sales & Membership Growth

• Drive membership sales and studio revenue
• Coach staff on consultative sales techniques
• Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and KPIs
• Build local partnerships and community relationships
• Help execute grassroots marketing and promotional events

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional member experience
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Build a positive, energetic studio atmosphere
• Maintain strong online reviews and customer satisfaction

Operations

• Ensure studio cleanliness and operational excellence
• Oversee inventory and retail product management
• Manage billing, reporting, and daily production metrics
• Maintain equipment functionality and studio presentation

Experience Preferred

• Management or leadership experience
• sales background preferred
• Experience managing KPIs, staff performance, or sales goals
• Social media and community marketing experience is a plus

Schedule

Full-time position with a combination of operational, sales, and b2b community outreach responsibilities. Flexibility is important, including occasional evenings and weekends.
