    Description

    Director of Operations

    A leading hospitality group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a high-profile, multi-use venue combining membership, events, and food & beverage programming. This role is responsible for overall operational performance, financial success, and delivering a high-level guest and member experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Team Management

    • Lead and oversee all departments including membership, events, F&B, production, and facilities
    • Manage and develop department heads and teams
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

    Operations

    • Ensure seamless execution of events and daily operations
    • Oversee logistics, service standards, and vendor coordination
    • Maintain operational efficiency, safety, and compliance

    Financial Management

    • Own and manage budget, revenue, and profitability targets
    • Track KPIs and adjust strategies to meet goals
    • Negotiate vendor contracts and control costs

    Client & Stakeholder Relations

    • Act as senior point of contact for clients and partners
    • Support event execution to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
    • Resolve escalated issues professionally

    Strategy & Growth

    • Identify opportunities to improve operations and increase revenue
    • Support long-term planning and business growth initiatives
    • Stay current on industry trends

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, events, or related fields
    • Strong financial and operational management skills
    • Experience with events, F&B, and production environments
    • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced settings
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

    Compensation

    • Base salary: $150,000 – $175,000
    • Bonus eligible
