We’re looking for candidates with previous experience as an Assistant or General Manager in food service (Jimmy John’s experience is a big plus!). Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and feedback during shifts
• Schedule employee shifts and assign duties
• Train and coach new employees
• Assist in recruiting and hiring
• Manage inventory and vendor orders
• Review P&L statements
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Address customer and employee concerns

Skills:

• Ability to work 50+ hours per week
• Prior experience in food service management
• Proficient in operating commercial slicers
• Capable of lifting 30-40 lbs. regularly
• Basic computer skills
• Completion of Jimmy John Manager Certification Training
• ServSafe Certified
