Futuro is a high-volume, family-owned pizza restaurant in Indianapolis built on handcrafted Detroit- and Chicago Tavern-style pies, house-made ingredients, and a culture where people actually love coming to work. As GM, you'll be the heartbeat of the restaurant setting the tone, solving the problems, celebrating the wins, and making sure every guest leaves wanting to come back.

Leading & Developing Your Team You'll hire great people, invest in their growth, and build a culture where everyone is motivated to do their best work. You lead from the front hands-on, present, and always willing to pitch in.

Running a Tight Operation From inventory and ordering to cleanliness and compliance, you'll keep all the gears turning smoothly. You understand that the details matter and you have a knack for building systems that stick.

Owning the Numbers You'll keep a close eye on P&L, labor costs, and operational expenses, using data to make smart decisions that protect quality while driving profitability.

Being a Face of Futuro in Indianapolis You'll build relationships in the community, support local marketing and events, and be someone Indianapolis diners recognize and trust.

Helping Us Figure It Out We're a growing restaurant, not a franchise with a 500-page operations manual. Some days that means you'll be solving problems that don't have a playbook yet. We need a GM who brings ideas to the table, builds the systems we're missing, and sees "we haven't done that yet" as an invitation rather than an obstacle.

You don't have to be perfect but you do have to care. Here's what we're hoping to see:

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience (bonus points for pizza!)
  
• A natural leader who motivates people rather than just managing them
  
• Someone with an ownership mentality you treat this restaurant like it's yours, because in a lot of ways, it will be
  
• Comfort navigating a fast-paced, high-volume environment without losing your cool
  
• The kind of person who doesn't wait to be told what needs fixing you see it, you own it, you solve it
  
• Hands-on experience with P&L, scheduling, and inventory
  
• Familiarity with Indiana food safety regulations
  
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  
• A genuine love of great pizza, great beer, and great people
