We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our Dunkin' team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about developing employees and delivering fast, friendly service. You will take ownership of daily operations, restaurant performance, and the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet Dunkin' standards for service, product quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

• Hire, train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders.

• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and hold employees accountable.

• Actively lead during peak periods, position employees effectively, and support stations as needed.

• Monitor drive-thru speed and order accuracy, identify bottlenecks, and coach the team to improve results.

• Create schedules that balance customer demand, staffing needs, and labor targets.

• Manage inventory, ordering, waste, and food costs.

• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and restaurant records.

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

• Keep equipment and facilities in good condition and report maintenance needs promptly.

• Communicate staffing needs, operating challenges, and progress toward goals to ownership or district leadership.

Your restaurant is prepared for each shift, your team understands its responsibilities, and guests receive accurate orders with fast, friendly service. You build capable shift leaders, follow through on commitments, and consistently work toward service, sales, labor, and food-cost goals.

This position is with an independently owned and operated Dunkin' franchise.

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience; quick-service or coffee experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with employee training, scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to perform essential job duties, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
