    Description

    Role: General Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing day-to-day shop operations and production schedules
    • Ensuring on-time delivery and quality of machined parts
    • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency and cost reduction
    • Leading and mentoring the production team
    • Collaborating with sales, engineering, and quality departments
    • Ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards
    • Managing resource planning
    • Manage purchasing activities for raw materials, products, or equipment
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
    • Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery
    • Handle delivery or quality issues (e.g., defects, shortages)
    • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, finance) to meet
    • requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (5+ years) managing CNC machining operations
    • Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, programming, tooling, and
    • processes
    • Leadership and team management skills
    • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
    • principles
    • Ability to manage production schedules and meet delivery targets
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Background in mechanical or manufacturing engineering preferred
