Whale Harbor Group Restaurants is seeking a passionate, hands-on, and results-driven General Manager to lead Hog Heaven Restaurant, one of the Florida Keys' premier casual dining destinations.

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
- Build, coach, and develop a strong management team and hourly staff.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.
- Drive sales while controlling labor, food, and beverage costs.
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and overtime.
- Analyze financial reports and implement action plans to improve profitability.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience, with General Manager experience preferred.
- Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurants.
- Strong understanding of labor management, food and beverage cost controls, and financial reporting.
- Experience with scheduling systems and restaurant POS platforms (Toast and Sling experience is a plus).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on management style with a passion for coaching and developing people.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
