Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations at our Jeffersonville location in Jeffersonville, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, managing staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to increase customer base and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and business metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and sales.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office and business management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment

This position is based at our location in Jeffersonville, IN. The General Manager will work on-site and may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
