Jersey Mike's is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven General Manager to lead our Manteca, CA location. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success and daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, team development, and financial performance.

Position Overview

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff leadership, customer satisfaction, sales performance, profitability, and compliance with company standards. You will play a critical role in creating a positive workplace culture while driving operational success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and exceptional service
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and management staff
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture built on accountability and respect
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience
• Manage sales performance and execute strategies to achieve business goals
• Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and overall profitability

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Jersey Mike's experience strongly preferred
