What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and managers.
- Build a strong culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
- Drive sales growth while effectively managing labor, food, and controllable costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Analyze restaurant performance and create action plans to achieve results.
- Develop future leaders and create a strong management succession pipeline.
- Foster a positive work environment where employees are motivated to succeed.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve operational goals.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing financial performance, labor, and inventory controls.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

General managers are responsible for managing the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Ensures objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines. Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices. Provides leadership, direction, training, and development to subordinate managers and crew. Interview, hire, train and orientate a team.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Inventory counting and recording.
Maintain proper Cash Management.
