General Manager – Cinco de Mayo Los Pinos (La Pine, OR)

Cinco de Mayo Los Pinos is seeking an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our family-owned restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values exceptional customer service, and knows how to build and motivate a strong team.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, hiring and training staff, creating schedules, managing inventory and labor costs, maintaining food safety standards, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and driving sales and profitability. The General Manager will lead by example, solve problems quickly, and help grow our business while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handler and OLCC certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• CAKE POS experience is a plus
