This role owns dealership performance across sales, service, finance, parts, profitability, customer experience, and team development. What You’ll Lead:

• Overall dealership strategy, performance, and profitability across sales, service, finance, and parts.
• A high-accountability culture focused on associate development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Revenue growth, market share expansion, inventory effectiveness, and financial performance.
• Compliance with company standards, employment practices, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in RV, automotive, marine, or a similar dealership environment.
• Proven success leading multi-department operations, driving profitability, and improving customer and associate outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen, operational discipline, executive presence, and sound judgment.
• Experience with dealership management software and CRM systems; bachelor’s degree preferred.
