Key Responsibilities

• Lead with integrity and embody the Popeyes® culture
• Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift and crew scheduling
• Train and coach team members to ensure top performance
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards
• Oversee product production and inventory management

Requirements

• At least one year of management experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands

• Effective communication with team and guests
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 15 pounds
• Frequent standing, kneeling, and stooping
• Operate registers and assist with food preparation
