Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring and development of a rock star Wendys team
- Facilitating proper standards and procedures
- Role modeling and maintaining the highest level of guest service at all times
- Inventory counting and recording
- Creating Teammate and Management
- Opening and closing the restaurant as a part of the management schedule and additional administrative duties weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Developing and coaching the team to maintain the positive dining experience of customers
- Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
- Maximizing store sales and achieving profit goals
- Maintaining QSC standards and ensuring that the Wendys brand and assets are well protected
