The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining high-quality food, service, and ambiance.Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated and effective team.Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.Monitor and control inventory, budgets, and costs to achieve financial goals.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Foster a positive work environment and uphold company values and standards.Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
