    Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations including assembly, integration, testing, packaging, and shipping of servers and racks. • Process Improvement & Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality. • Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor department managers, supervisors, and factory personnel. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment for all employees. • Production Planning & Execution: Collaborate with planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to meet customer deadlines and optimize throughput. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of integrated server racks according to customer specifications. • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. • Facilities & Equipment Oversight: Manage factory layout, equipment maintenance, and overall facility readiness. Lead capital improvement projects as needed. • Health, Safety, and Compliance: Enforce OSHA, ESD, and other safety standards. Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws

    Requirements

    10+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware integration, or related field. • Strong understanding of server, networking, and data center hardware. • Proven experience managing factory operations in a high-mix, high-volume environment. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficient in ERP systems, production planning tools, and manufacturing metrics. • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese Preferred Experience: • Experience working with hyperscaler, OEM, or enterprise-level IT hardware. • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems. • Prior background in rack-level integration, burn-in testing, and logistics coordination.
