As the General Manager, you will make sure our roofing, siding, window, and gutter work runs smoothly. You will spend your time helping different teams like sales, production, and administration work together. You will check on projects, budgets, and how well the company is doing. You will help managers and team leaders do their best work, and you will look for ways to make the company even better for employees and customers.
