About the Role:
We are partnering with multiple clients across industries to find experienced General Managers / Managing Directors who can lead operations, drive strategic growth, and deliver results. This is an exciting opportunity for senior leaders to take ownership of business performance, manage teams, and make a measurable impact across client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for client organizations or business units.
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality performance.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and P&L responsibilities to optimize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and operational teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, market expansion, and new initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
- Represent the organization externally at client meetings, industry events, and public engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in General Management, Managing Director, Operations Director, or similar roles.
- Proven track record in managing multi-functional teams and delivering measurable business results.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple locations, business units, or client operations is a plus.
- Industry experience may vary based on client needs (e.g., professional services, marketing, technology, manufacturing).
