Are you a seasoned leader with the "Golden Arches" in your DNA? We are looking for an experienced, high-energy General Manager to lead our team in Amarillo. As one of the most recognized brands in the world, we need a leader who understands the pace, the standards, and the systems that make McDonald’s the industry leader.

Note: This position requires prior McDonald’s management experience to ensure a seamless transition into our operational systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain 24/7 restaurant readiness, ensuring the highest standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC&V).

  • People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop Department Managers and crew members. You will be responsible for internal talent development and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.

  • Business Growth: Drive Guest Counts and Sales through impeccable execution of national promotions and local store marketing.

  • Financial Management: Manage the bottom line by controlling labor, food waste, and inventory. You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly P&L targets.

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all food safety regulations, internal audits, and labor laws.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:Must have prior McDonald's Management experience. Completion of HU (Hamburger University) courses or specialized McDonald's training is highly preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of McDonald’s proprietary systems (e.g., NP6, ISP, and scheduling software).

  • Leadership Style: A "Floor Manager" mentality—someone who leads from the front during peak hours and knows how to coach in the moment.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret business data and create actionable plans to improve speed of service (SOS) and customer satisfaction scores.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Base salary of $65,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience and training level).
