What You'll Do

As the General Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of restaurant operations, leading both Front of House and Heart of House teams to consistently deliver excellence.

You'll:

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a relentless focus on quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain exceptional team members and managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Inspire employees to perform at their highest potential while creating opportunities for career growth.
• Ensure guests receive an outstanding dining experience during every visit.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively.
• Manage scheduling and staffing plans to meet operational demands while controlling labor costs.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational performance through strong leadership and execution.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, deliveries, and cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company standards.
• Ensure the restaurant, equipment, and facilities are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Lead by example by remaining visible, engaged, and hands-on during service.

• ServSafe Certification or the ability to obtain certification within the designated timeframe.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
