Fusion Recruiters, in partnership with a growing, entrepreneurial service-based organization, is seeking a talented General Manager to join their team in Milwaukee, WI.This role focuses on building, leading, and scaling a business unitdriving operational performance, revenue growth, and team development in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of business operations, including P&L performance, staffing, and day-to-day execution
Build structure and process within a growing operationestablishing metrics, accountability, and scalable systems
Drive revenue growth through customer development, account expansion, and a strong sales-oriented mindset
Lead, coach, and develop a team while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
What You Bring:
Education: Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Operations, or related field) or equivalent leadership experience
Experience: 510+ years of progressive leadership experience with direct P&L ownership in a service, operations, or business unit environment
Industry Knowledge: Preference for leaders in the service-based industry (retail, exterior property management, construction)
Key Competencies: Builder mentality, operational acumen, financial leadership, sales mindset, adaptability in fast-moving environments
