Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all hotel departments including front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance with clear objectives
- Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient daily operations and a smooth workflow
- Manage budgets, monitor sales and profits, and analyze financial reports
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote hotel services
- Engage with customers by welcoming them, resolving complaints, and providing information
- Handle maintenance, staffing, equipment shortages, and oversee renovations
- Collaborate with external partners such as suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners
- Regularly inspect facilities and enforce strict health and safety standards
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a relevant leadership role
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong understanding of hotel management best practices, laws, and guidelines
- Proficient with MS Office; experience with hotel management software (PMS) is advantageous
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with a sharp business mindset
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities under pressure
- Outstanding leadership skills with great attention to detail
