dining, a lively bar atmosphere, and immersive golf simulation built for avid golfers and
sports fans alike.

soundproofed)
Full-service bar and restaurant

Capacity: 180 guests (approx. 120 seated)
Role Summary
We re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead Eagle & Ivy through
pre-opening, launch, and day-to-day operations building the team and delivering an
outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of pre-opening and launch operations
Hire, train, and develop the full front- and back-of-house team
Create a strong culture focused on service, energy, and guest experience
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and financial performance
Collaborate with ownership on strategy, events, and growth
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a GM or Assistant GM (opening experience strongly
preferred)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Experience in high-volume restaurant, bar, or hospitality environments
Passion for sports, entertainment, or golf is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
