We are looking for a hands-on operator who can lead a team, drive performance, and take ownership of day-to-day execution. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable stepping into an established environment, assessing opportunities, and elevating both the team and the business.

What this role requires:

A strong operator who understands the full picture of running a restaurant, from people to numbers
Ability to step in, build trust quickly, and lead a team through clear direction and consistency
Comfort owning sales performance, cost controls, and overall execution
Experience developing team members and holding standards without overcomplicating the approach
Someone who is steady, practical, and solutions-oriented

Core focus areas:

Team leadership, hiring, and development
Daily operations across front and back of house
Labor, COGS, and inventory management
Driving sales through consistent execution and local awareness
Maintaining standards and accountability across the team

Background we are looking for:

3+ years of restaurant management experience
Experience managing P&L, labor, and cost of goods
Strong communication skills and leadership presence
Experience in fast casual or full-service environments preferred
Track record of building or improving team performance

Compensation:
$53,000-60,000 and/or depending on experience

Full-time, in-person role
Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends
Active role on the floor and in operations
