Your Role:
As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our high-volume operation, including:
Managing daily bar operations and ensuring exceptional service standards
Leading, training, and motivating a dynamic team of bartenders and staff
Optimizing inventory, ordering, and cost management
Creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment
Handling cash management, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities
Building relationships with regulars and fostering a strong nightlife community presence
What We're Looking For:
You have proven experience managing high-volume bars or nightlife venues. You're organized, charismatic, and energized by the fast pace of service. You understand what makes a great bar culture and can lead by example. Most importantly, you're ready to start immediately and make an impact from day one.
