Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strong leader with a proven ability to drive financial performance, develop high-performing teams, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


Key Responsibilities

Operational & Financial Leadership

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to maximize financial performance
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective waste reduction strategies
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting, payroll administration, and expense management
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and operational improvements

Team Management & Development

  • Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives
  • Develop staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and productivity
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence

Guest Experience & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee food quality, service standards, and cleanliness across all areas
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and innovation

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer traffic

  • Support brand awareness efforts through events and partnerships

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
