Managers are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Some examples of your responsibilities would include following:
- Scheduling
- Staffing
- Handling daily issues
- Ensuring guests have an enjoyable visit
- Dealing with employee issues as they arise
- Communicating with the staff on any happenings
- Leading all staff members in doing their respective jobs to ensure smooth shifts
- Inventory and ordering
