Pay Rate: Up to $50,000 - $65,000 includes bonus

Job Responsibilities

The General Manager position is an exempt role and requires a 5 day work week.

The General Manager is primarily responsible for the following:

• Complete daily opening & closing manager procedures
• Assist in the kitchen during peak business, as needed
• Manage the day with a guest satisfaction and customer service focus
• Train and oversee the kitchen staff
• Train and develop the entire team
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized
• Maintain the standards of the Health Department
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Manage labor throughout the shift
• Manage inventory
