Job Summary

Labriola Ristorante is seeking a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations while building a strong team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The General Manager will play a critical role in leading both front-of-house and overall restaurant operations, driving performance, and developing team members. This position is ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience who is ready to take full ownership of a high-volume, full-service restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
  • Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house staff and management team
  • Create exceptional guest experiences by engaging with customers and building loyalty
  • Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and cleanliness
  • Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to support growth and development
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of General Manager or senior restaurant management experience in a full-service setting
  • 3+ years of serving and/or bartending experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience opening a new restaurant concept
  • Strong interviewing, hiring, and training skills
  • Experience with R365 and Toast POS systems
