Job Description
- Lead and manage property operations to ensure high standards of service and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance and profitability.
- Oversee leasing activities, tenant relations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and expense control for the property portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the property management team.

The Successful Applicant
A successful General Manager of Property Management should have:
- Experience with property management operations and tenant relations.
- Knowledge of financial budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with property management regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
