We're looking for an energetic, hands-on General Manager who is passionate about boutique hospitality and understands the important role Food & Beverage plays in creating unforgettable guest experiences. Compensation:$72,000 - $77,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Lead all aspects of boutique hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and Food & Beverage.
- Foster a culture of exceptional hospitality by coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
- Oversee the restaurant and bar operation to deliver outstanding guest experiences while achieving financial goals.
- Drive revenue, manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability across all departments.
- Build strong relationships with guests, associates, and community partners while serving as the face of the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the guest experience through creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:- 1-3 years of previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Strong Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel, restaurant, or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- Passion for boutique or lifestyle hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing engaged, service-focused teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and expense control.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing operational excellence with an exceptional guest experience.
