Key Responsibilities
- Lead with integrity and embody the Popeyes® culture
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift and crew scheduling
- Train and coach team members to ensure top performance
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee product production and inventory management
Requirements
- At least one year of management experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant operations
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands
- Effective communication with team and guests
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 15 pounds
- Frequent standing, kneeling, and stooping
- Operate registers and assist with food preparation
