Job Title: General Manager – Upscale, High-Volume Culinary Destination

What You’ll Do:
- Direct daily operations to ensure consistently outstanding guest experiences, from arrival to departure.
- Hire, train, and coach a talented team; foster development and retention through clear expectations and growth opportunities.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans; manage labor, inventory, and costs to deliver revenue growth and profitability.
- Oversee all service and kitchen activities, ensuring top-tier food quality, ambiance, and hospitality.
- Implement and monitor processes to maximize efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with core values and brand standards.
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, converting service recovery into loyalty.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in full-service, upscale restaurant management, with a track record in high-volume settings (ideally exceeding $10M annual revenue), and a minimum of 3 years in a GM or equivalent senior role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced operations and juggle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and best practices.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, excellence in service, and guest-centric thinking.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $120,000–$140,000 per year plus quarterly bonuses
