Key responsibilities

Operational leadership: Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring brand standards are met or exceeded and driving overall profitability.

Team development: Lead, coach, and inspire department managers and hotel staff to deliver exceptional service.

Sales and revenue generation: Utilize your sales knowledge to analyze market trends, manage revenue, and develop strategies to maximize market share.

Guest satisfaction: Foster a guest-centric culture, actively seeking feedback and ensuring every guest has a memorable and positive experience.

Financial management: Manage the hotel's budget, control costs, and prepare financial reports to drive profitability.

Qualifications:

• Has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hotel management experience, ideally as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager.

• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate a team.

• Has experience or strong interest in sales and revenue management.

• Demonstrates sound business ethics and a high level of integrity.

• Can work independently and is a proactive problem-solver.

• Is flexible and willing to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
