About the Role:

Join the Serotonin Anti-Aging Center as a General Manager in Paramus, NJ, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to enhancing wellness and vitality. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our center and make a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience and high-quality service delivery.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a motivated team.
Implement marketing strategies to increase client engagement and promote our anti-aging services.
Monitor financial performance and develop budgets to ensure profitability and sustainability.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and industry standards for safety and quality.
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new services and improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the wellness or healthcare industry.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and staff.
Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
Knowledge of anti-aging treatments and wellness practices is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications or licenses in management or healthcare preferred.
