We are a high-energy, fast-growing brand focused on fun, safety, and creating unforgettable moments for families and groups. We’re looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our new Parma location.
Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and success of the park. This role drives revenue, develops people, ensures operational excellence, and delivers an exceptional guest experience. The GM leads from the front—engaging with guests, coaching team members, and building a culture where people and performance thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Team Leads, and Team Members
- Create a fun, engaging, and accountable culture focused on teamwork and guest experience
- Lead by example through visible, hands-on leadership on the floor
Operations
- Oversee daily park operations including safety, staffing, cleanliness, and guest flow
- Ensure all safety standards and operational procedures are consistently executed
- Manage scheduling, labor deployment, and productivity to meet business needs
Financial Performance
- Drive revenue growth across admissions, parties, food & beverage, and events
- Manage labor to targeted percentages while maintaining service standards
- Analyze KPIs (per cap, add-ons, party sales, GX scores) and take action to improve performance
Guest Experience
- Champion a best-in-class guest experience and resolve escalated concerns
- Drive online reputation (Google Reviews, guest surveys) through team engagement
- Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience
Sales & Community Engagement
- Build relationships within the community to drive group events, parties, and partnerships
- Execute local marketing initiatives and support brand promotions
- Lead efforts to position Slick City as the go-to destination for fun in the area
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of General Manager or multi-unit leadership experience (family entertainment, hospitality, retail, or similar industry preferred)
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage high-volume operations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, and sales performance
- Passion for people development and creating a positive team culture
- High energy, hands-on leadership style with a “lead from the front” mindset
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
