General Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | $145,000 - $160,000 + Bonus Opportunity

At Adair Homes, our General Managers are more than operational leaders. They are business leaders who bring Sales and Construction together, develop great teams, drive regional performance, and create an exceptional experience for our customers.
As a General Manager, you'll have responsibility for the overall performance of your region, including sales, P&L, operational execution, customer experience, business development, and people leadership. You'll lead the regional Sales and Construction teams while partnering closely with Purchasing and other Platform teams to turn company strategy into results.
We're looking for a leader who can see the big picture while staying connected to what's happening in the branches, on jobsites, with customers, and across the market. If you're energized by building strong teams, growing a business, and owning results, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Lead the overall business performance of the region, including sales, P&L, customer experience, operational execution, and growth.
Lead, coach, and develop regional Sales and Construction leaders to build high-performing teams that drive a strong customer pipeline.
Own regional business development efforts, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand market presence, build strategic relationships, and drive sustainable growth.
Drive regional sales performance, including lead generation, appointments, contracts, conversion, starts, closings, and backlog.
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, market share, and regional business opportunities.
Own regional financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and net income.
Partner with Purchasing and other Platform teams to support regional volume, quality, cost, capacity, and performance.
Maintain visibility into construction performance, schedules, quality, closings, warranty activity, and customer experience.
Translate company strategy into clear regional priorities and hold teams accountable for execution.
Identify risks and opportunities early, solve problems, and keep the region focused on the work that matters most.
What You'll Bring
Significant leadership experience with responsibility for multi-functional business operations.
Demonstrated success managing financial performance, budgets, and P&L results.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing managers and high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of sales performance, operational metrics, and business planning.
Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the region and to Corporate as needed..
Preferred Qualifications
Residential homebuilding or construction industry experience.
Experience leading multi-location or regional operations.
Experience working within EOS or a similar operating system.
