We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations and drive the continued success and growth of the company.This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Owner, with full responsibility for overall company performance.CompensationBase Salary: $120,000Performance Bonus (based on company profitability and key performance metrics)Key Responsibilities:Provide full operational leadership across sales, service, installation, and administrative departmentsOwn full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performanceLead, coach, and develop department managers and team membersDrive revenue growth, improve gross margins, and increase operational efficiencyOversee commercial and residential project executionMonitor daily KPIs and financial reports, implementing corrective actions as neededBuild strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable termsResolve escalated customer and internal issuesExecute strategic initiatives in alignment with ownership's goalsRequirements:5+ years of General Manager or equivalent senior leadership experienceProven experience managing a company with $3M+ in annual revenueStrong financial acumen and P&L management experienceExcellent communication and leadership skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Valid driver's license and insurable driving recordPreferred Qualifications:10+ years in HVAC or skilled trades managementBachelor's degreeQuickBooks and job costing experienceExperience managing $5M+ revenue companiesThis is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader looking to make a major impact in a growing HVAC company.
