General Manager - Plumbing

$15 Sewer and Drain Service is looking for a General Manager to help lead and scale our growing trade service business.  We have been providing locally owned and operated residential plumbing services in the Bay Area for over 43 Years.  Locally Owned and Operated, we are looking for a General Manager who can play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall day to day operations.  

Responsibilities:

• To lead day to day operations, oversee department managers, supervisor and field leadership
• Improve technician productivity, scheduling efficiency, and overall sales performance
• Financial Management and Growth; P&L responsibility, managing overall revenue, controlling labor and material cost, pricing for maximizing profitability and KPI Tracking
• Day to Day Operations; workflow oversight, procurement and management of plumbing inventory, equipment and fleet vehicles 
• Human Resources; Talent Acquisition, overseeing of training and mentorship, conducting performance reviews, overseeing of technical training, sales training, and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Customer Service/Quality Assurance; Issue/conflict resolution, quality control, overseeing compliance and safety  
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions that improve overall efficiency 

Requirements:

• Experience in the Plumbing field, Drain cleaning, Sewer Installation/Repairs in  service-based industry
• Day to Day operations and management in a field based environment
• Contributing to measurable performance or revenue growth 
• Strong leadership skills, accountability and problem solving skills
• Ability to build, create and implement systems and improve operation efficiency in a fast moving environment
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• Problem solving, decision making abilities in a fast pace environment, 
• Use of Industry-specific software (Jobber) and technology
