The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring profitability, and maintaining Popeyes' high standards for food quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory, and financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of employees to uphold company and brand standards.
- Monitor and control labor, food, and operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain financial reports, analyze sales trends, and adjust operations as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to boost employee morale.
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR/fast food experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to motivate and develop employees while maintaining high performance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- $55,000 - $75,000 annual salary (DOE)
